Don't know about Mathletics.

IXL : my ds loves it. You can try up to 20 questions for free every day, so you can try and see if it works for your DC. It follows national curriculum.

Sum dog :You can use part of it for free. My ds wasn't so keen on it so can not remember much.

There are loads of free website as well.

My dd likes XL maths or whatever it is called because it gives you an explanation if you get it wrong. We also use an app called Targeting Maths.

Our school uses mathletics and I think it's pants. It's quite clunky to use a a bit repetitive/dull.

My daughter used Sumdog but didn't like it. Everything is timed, and she was getting frustrated with not being able to click the buttons fast enough. I didn't like it either. She has just done a 10 day free trial on Mathletics and she enjoyed that a lot more. Just signed up for a trial on Education city to see how does that go

DD has used Mathletics and IXL. I would really recommend IXL, it links to NC, isn't cluttered or fussy, the don't compete against others, it explains why an answer is wrong, and DD loves the certificates!

Ds has done Sumdog and Mathletics . He says Sumdog has more games but the maths is more interesting in Mathletics.
