Recipe of the week

penguinmum's creamy fish pie: smoky, seasonal fish in a creamy white sauce with grated, rather than mashed, tatties on top - a meal of the highest comfort-food order.

fill in the Home Front work-life balance survey if you haven't yet done so. We really want to get as many completed surveys as we possibly can (hence the abject begging). If you fill in your email address you'll be entered into a draw for a weekend away in a luxury hotel. It shouldn't take more than five minutes. Go on! Please?

Hello, requests for you to fill in the Home Front survey are now ending because the survey closes this morning. Thanks very much to everyone who completed it - mumsnetters and partners - we appreciate it and will let you know the findings once we've had a chance to go through all the completed surveys.

Back after a soggy few days away. Thanks to everyone who has completed the survey and fresh appeal to anyone who hasn't done so yet - there's still time (and the chance to win a weekend in a luxury hotel as a bribe an incentive).

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
