Coordinating fabrics help please

I have two rooms in the attic, one will be. A bedroom and has a window which will needs curtains. The other will have a sofa with cushions on it.
Both rooms have a curtain covering the eaves storage that is approx 4m wide by 1m high.
So there's a lot of scope for fabrics and I don't want matchy matchy.
Where to look? Pinterest has so much I lose hours I found Clarke and Clarke which has exactly the right stuff coordinating colours but is too flowery.
Help please? I'm daunted!

Have you been to a fabric shop / curtain retailer? They have books of collections so say 20 or 30 fabrics that go together - that tie in / tone. They often have a full 'sheet' of one fabric then half a sheet of another laid on top, and then a quarter sheet on top of that so you can see how they'd all "go". Prestigious / Villa Nova / Sanderson spring to mind.
