Any idea where I can buy this book storage, like the kind you see in kids library? I want to get rid of the constant piles of kids books around the house! Photo attached?

any good?

Or if you or someone you know are any good at making stuff you could make some from a few bits of wood.

School catalogues maybe Hopes.

Argos used to do something similar - they also do a book sling which is great for preschoolers as they can see the covers - but it depends on how many books need storing

Yes to school catalogues - pricey though

Whicker baskets??

Not sure about your decor but a trunk/2 or 3 different sized suitcases that can be stacked when they've gone to bed

Picnic baskets (so dust doesn't gather) again stacked when not in use

I used to store them like that but in wicker baskets that slid under the toy shelf. You could use any sort of crate - do Homebase still do the unpainted wooden ones?

We used plastic boxes - one in every room, nearly. Jojomamanbebe do plastic tubs that still slide over carpet when full, and were the right size to store most children's books spine up

Thanks so much. I had no idea ELC sold them. The ikea things are great too.

I used wicker baskets whenind were younger. Different sizes for different sized books, and they can be slid under something, put on shelves and transported from room to room.

I have a TidyBooks which stores a lot but is very slim.

I had Tidy Books bookcases for both my DC. They were good because they sit behind the door and so make use of a bit of wall that was otherwise unused. www.tidy-books.co.uk/childrens-bookcases-shelves/
