Please suggest color scheme. Large bright kitchen. Kitchen walls and ceiling are white . Need to choose a color to paint existing (tatty) kitchen units and also floor covering color. BUT no budget left to change worktops -which are very in great condition but cream with a sort of beige/tan/brown- ish marbling effect. Very 1980's looking work tops. Help please - what colors might not clash?-

White units, oak coloured floor? Possibly green or pale blue. I'd keep it plain,
and also you may be able to
change worktops in the future.

Paler tone paint would be more forgiving on any blemishes on the cup board doors.

I would probably go with white doors and either wooden flooring or as similar colour as the work tops as you could get. Could you post a pic of the worktop?

it has lost some of the "beigeness" in the photograph though -

Depending on how beige it is in real life, definitely the white/bone sort of colours. You may even be able to get away with putty or even sage green kitchen doors.
I'll attach some images for some inspiration for you
