What paint colour for my bathroom? Photo included

Hi! I'd like to replace the green walls in my bathroom with a shade of pink. The current green is not a bad colour (F&B Churlish Green), but it doesn't go so well with the colour in the corridor walls, which is very similar to F&B's Green Ground. I think a grown-up, dusty pink would make a good contrast, or perhaps I should go for a bolder, truer pink? Or a different coloyr altogether? The bathroom is quite big and faces north, it also has an east-facing side window.

Another question. The ceiling is uneven and has a bit of a slope. Currently, it's painted white, but it's impossible to get a good finish where the white meets the green. If I repaint the walls in a darkish shade, would you also paint the ceiling in the same colour, or will it feel oppressive?

Thanks!

What a lovely bathroom
I think the new farrow and ball colour peignor would be lovely
It's more a greyish pink
And yes I would paint the ceiling the same colour

Thanks! That colour seems a bit pale, I was thinking of going a bit darker. Maybe Cinder Rose? But would that be too dark for the ceiling?

Tinder rose is pretty, I think it would be OK on the ceiling
I've used a darkish taupe on the ceiling in our ensuite before and I looked fine
If you hate it you can always paint the ceiling white again but as I said I think it will be fine and better than messy cutting in

If you paint the ceiling the same colour as the walls it will make the room feel more closed in. This will either work and feel cosy or it will annoy you and make it seem smaller.

Thanks! Well, the bathroom is really quite big, it doesn't show in the photo but it is like your average double bedroom in size. So I don't mind too much if a coloured ceiling makes it look smaller. What worries me is that it might look odd! The rest of the house has white ceilings....

Also a couple of questions Op
Have you set your heart in pink?
Have you tried using the Dulex visualiser app?
