Painted kitchens - Edinburgh

Can anyone recommend a good painted kitchen company in Edinburgh or the surrounding area? There seem to be so many made to measure companies in the South of England but they don't supply up here. I have looked at Sculleries (too expensive), Neptune (nice but limited unit styles) and John Lewis (quality didn't seem as good as Neptune). Any other recommendations??? I am becoming slightly obsessed and now have kitchen blindness from looking at so many online!! Thanks x

Have you looked at Murray & Murray in Glenrothes? They did our last kitchen. They came up with a fabulous bespoke design, great units, and lovely people to deal with.

Thanks Slicedfinger. I did see them online but thought they might be too expensive. Their kitchens look stunning. Think they also have a showroom in Edinburgh, might need to pay a visit. Do you think a £20k budget (for units and worktop only) for a mid size kitchen would be within the realms of possibility? Floors, walls, appliances, etc are accounted for elsewhere in the budget! Thanks again x

I suspect 20k might be too low - they told us 30k including appliances was a starting point. Their showroom's in Bruntsfield and they are very nice but if I'm honest the design they came up with wasn't so fantastic I was prepared to pay that much extra for it. The quality was beautiful though.
