"Jim Lawrence" lighting, any discount deals or optional sites to consider?

We are doing up our house and are planning on new lighting in most rooms. We like the style of Jim Lawrence and wondered if anyone had any ideas about how to get a discount from them as the spend is approaching £2000, or alternatively are there any other firms that offer reasonable quality lights for a similar price that we should look at before buying.
Any help would be appreciated.

I love JL lights but they are very pricey. Watching this with interest. I did get some lovely stuff from Cox and Cox.

Not sure if they're any cheaper but I've bought from Fritz Fryer and they're gorgeous

Oh yes, look at the lovely stuff on Fritz Fryer and Jim Lawrence will suddenly seem much more affordable! I've been looking for substitutes but think I'm just going to bite the bullet and fork out.

They don't do discounts - I spent over £30,000 with them on behalf of a client and didn't get one penny off. That said, the products are lovely and nice quality. They can be a bit unreliable with their delivery (promise things will be with you within a certain timeframe and then they don't turn up) so order the things you want in good time.

i've found an alternative on ebay (just very simple wall sconce) but was about a quarter of JL price. Friends have had a very bad time with JO and delivery times.... took ages to get items delivered.

Holloways of Ludlow are another brand/store you might like but they are same/more than Jim L. TBH, Jim L lighting/fittings are so nicely put together (ime) that the cost seems reasonable. Especially when you compare them to other UK handmade/craftsmen made products occupying the same point in the market.
