Eames DSW Chairs, is too late to jump on the bandwagon?

We've just moved and DH has finally agreed to let go of his old dining chairs. I've liked the DSW for years. But is it a bit...passe, in a sort of try hard way?

Honest opinions pls!

classic design piece, everyone does seem to have them these days but if you like it then go for it! fashion shouldn't influence you if you really love them. You will probably love them even more when they are in place and if not... send them back!

you can get cheapish replica ones on ebay so if you hate them it might not cost you so much to replace in a few years...

Funnily enough just thinking the same about charcoal washed 100% linen duvet covers. I think go for it - if you've loved them for a long time I'm sure you will for a lot longer.

However I'd go for a wenger wishbone every time...

Thanks folks! Am definitely going to go ahead. They are a bit ubiquitous, but I have liked them for so long, I will try not to care.

Am with you on the Wegner cedric, they are beautiful.

And thanks for the ebay tip missabc, will check that out.
