Wallpaper v. paint for bedroom.

I'm clueless when it comes to interior design. I like the idea of wallpaper in my bedroom, but I'm concerned that it might be too much. It's an average (at a guess) double bedroom but I'm slightly worried that the room is too small to carry off a pattern. Is there a general rule when it comes to room size with wallpaper or is it more to do with colour? The last thing I want to feel is enclosed when I'm in there.

We used Little Greene as they have a range of wallpaper and colour matched their paints to it. So you can have a feature wall and other walls in harmonised paint.

Yes, like sound said.

We just decorated our room. We have wallpaper on the chimney breast and a feature colour wall opposite. Both 'match' as try are a pale green so not overbearing but they add a nice bit of relaxing colour to the room. The other walls are all a very pale grey off white.

I wouldn't do a whole wall in a bold pattern in a bedroom, but a nice light pattern would work.

If you use the right wallpaper and accessories it really can look lovely

My partners parents have laura ashley abbivale in their bedroom and guest bedroom (whole room) up to picture rail with white above and ceiling which just looks so shabby and chic that I'm having same thing done in our guest room

I really am not a fan of part wallpaper part paint
