Feather & Black vs Warren Evans??

Hi, I'm buying my first bed and I like a bedstead and mattress from Feather & Black. A Warren Evans is my second favourite.

F&B has a 3 year warranty but the WE has a 10 year warranty.

Does anyone have any experience with F&B and any issues you may have had with them?

Misordered something from Feather and Black. Their customer service was fab. Sorted it out at no extra charge even though it was my fault and replaced item should have cost more. (Just had to wait for it to come into stock as was bought in sales.)
Waiting for delivery on first Warren Evans item so can't comment, but guy that called to arrange delivery was very nice!
