New kitchen in a Victorian house prices?

We are planning on buying a Victorian house. We would want to put a new kitchen in and want something sympathetic but also modern and functional (i love Belfast/Butler sinks). I need to price up an estimate to work out how much the house will cost to do up.

Does anyone know a good company for supplying the kind of kitchen i want? or any web sites which are good for this kind of thing?

The kitchen is not big. Only 9' 1" x 8' 0" (2.79m x 2.44m). Any educated guestimates welcome.

Thanks

I've just put a new 4m x 4m kitchen in a Georgian property for about £10k (inc vinyl tile floors and appliances). We're a working farm so it needed to be classic but practical. We've got chunky warm oak units with light laminate tops.

We used Evo Kitchens and Paul's definitely worth chatting to.

Thanks for the advice. But now looking at budgets I may just replace the doors, work surfaces and sink. Not sure if I should start a new thread about it.

Tbh it's a bit of a piece of string question as with all kitchens it really depends on your specification as well as size.
A quick refresh could be done for a few thousand especially if you can keep appliances but at the other end of the scale we've just redone the kitchen in our Victorian house for just under £30k - it's a large kitchen, with solid oak handmade bespoke joinery & high end appliances (we're planning on staying here for many many many years so it seemed like a good idea to do it well)

oh Wonky it sounds gorgeous! Sadly i doubt we could even afford a few thousand. I think we will change the work surfaces to wood and put a butler sink in. We also need to buy all appliances so that's about all we can stretch to at the moment.

Do you have any links to what yours looks like? I'd love to see it. I bet it's really lovely. i'm Envy

The kitchen guy took some photos for his website but I don't think they are up yet. I'll have a look and if not I'll try & upload some here this evening. It is gorgeous I'm extremely happy with it.
