Hi

Moved in to our home when I was about to drop so decoration was the basics. We are doing one room at a time and next is dd room.

Just wondered what your child's room contained (she is nearly 2)

She has:
Cot bed
Sofa (May remove and put bean bags)
Book shelf behind door
Bully in wardrobes with clothes/bedding in plus things to be stored (books that are bit old for her, keepsakes, and old baby bits to be kept)
Chest of drawers where tv sits and contains just nappies really (need better solution)
Two toy boxes stacked
Her mini kitchen

Any good unit solutions?
Would be interesting to see what you have in this room

Thanks

when we did our daughters' room they were 15 months and nearly 3. So they had 2 beds, 2 wardrobes with shelves/drawers at the bottom and a chest of drawers (used for soft toys), 2 bookcases and some shelves.

As time has gone on and they are now 4 and 6 we changed the chest of drawers (which was one we had inherited from my childhood) for some square cube cupboards from argos which were on a 3 for 2. We have 4 which have 2 doors and a shelf in the middle and 2 which are two cubby holes and 2 small cupboards. The cubby hole shelfy bits are used for books they are currently reading, night time drink, bits and pieces and then the cupboards with nice shutting doors (to hide the mess) have toys in. I can shove them in and shut the doors. Love it. www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/1622690.htm

not sure why they are claiming it was once £87. they were only £30 or £35 when we bought them last year and then with the 3 for 2 offer they worked out as 3 units for £70 which I didn't think was bad for the amount of storage.
