Resilient flooring

I about to replace my carpet throughout my small bungalow. My cats should be called Widdle and Puke, so I need attractive flooring that will resist their best efforts to ruin it, as they have my carpet. It needs to be something that will not stain if the offending pool of yuck is produced overnight/when I am out. Is there such a miraculous product? Others must have this problem, so I would love some ideas for what might be more successful than my 'stain resistant' carpet.

I've heard Karndean is very tough and pet resistant.

Thanks for that suggestion, minipie. I wonder if anyone has experience of it?

How about ceramic floor tiles. Might be a bit cold but if you put in underfloor heating would be lovely.......though reheated vomit maybe not so!

Thanks for the suggestion, Pinkje, I have these in kitchen and conservatory but I've found the grout absorbs the 'liquids' (ugh!).
