Study Skills course - help!

Am about to embark on a formal qualification with a view to moving up the career ladder. I haven't studied in over 20 years. Help me not make a tit of myself! Can anyone recommend a decent study skills course? Am near to Oxford, could also get to MK or Birmingham. Alternatively I would do an online course if anyone can recommend one? Thanks .

I did an online one called Study Skills For Academic Success. It was free and ran for 8 weeks. Highly recommend it.
