how to restart my career can some one help me??

i m a qualified dentist but have left my proffession for my family life i didnt need it and my husband was happy with me staying at home then we had our baby boy and i took care of him for more than 2 years now we have a kind of crises and i feel like i need to work but the problem is now i live inanother country i dont have license to work as a dentist here.. also its too expensive and i dont have any assurity that i ll pass it in first attempt (obviously will prepare b4 sitting in exam)... and being out of proffession i dont know the new trends as dentistry is a very dynamic field .. so i need lots of study and observation before re entering in my proffession ... what else can i do ??? teaching or what ???? suggestions are welcomed... depressed
also i ll b sending my son to preschool he depends on me completely i have a very strict and pleasing scheule for him he cant stay without me he never did .. he calls me after every 20 min... thinking of leaving him for hours brings tears in my eyes i cant leave him crying for me ... although i want him to go to preschool anyway but the process wud b slow in terms of separation so that he and me both wud take it easy.. pls help...
