student finances query

We have just filled in the online student finance forms for ds. I understand that there is some problem with the listing of the universities and courses at the moment.
Does anyone know though if only uni's that you have received offers from are shown on the on line application.

We filled this in a couple of weeks ago for DD and it does only list the universities that have made you an offer

Ok, well that's where we have a problem. Ds is waiting on one uni to make an offer and that is showing on the on line form.
It's the only uni that has not updated on track and would be his first choice!
