Chico Polly Highchair

I bought this high chair over 6 years ago, I removed the straps and the screws theat held the straps in. (Was so DD could sit in like a chair).

I have no clue where I have put the straps and the screws now. I have tried to look for replacements, you can get the straps but not the screws that hold it in.

Does anyone know if I can get replacement screws, or shall I just give in and buy a new high chair?

Do you know if the newer chicco polly highchair cover fits the older model (2007)?
