I thought that you would all like to see them. (I'm on a name change)

I did get permission to share, from my friend Annie Pomeroy, who I think captures children and parents perfectly, and puts them on FB, but I thought they deserve a wider audience .

I find line drawings like this so personal and evocative. My Mother was a talented artist and would semi-doodle things like this on her address book/the phone book while talking on the old fashioned phone for hours!

I love the illustrations. They remind me of Shirley Hughes's excellent illustrations in her books (Dogger, Lucy and Tom etc) Real life people and children in everyday situations. Brilliant
