I've got a Breville panini press. It has 2 flat non stick plates and I've never used oil or butter. After use I wipe it over with barely moist kitchen towel and that is it. Have had it years and it still looks new.
Hi. I'd like to buy a sandwich/panini maker as I make toasted sandwiches for my DC's breakfasts at least twice a week. I'd like one that is faff free, doesn't require a lot of fat to work, economic to use and cleans very easily. Also, I'd like to be able to make at least 2 sandwiches at the same time. I'd love to hear your recommendations or which ones I should avoid. TIA.
