Need 4 replacement windows and they have a bogof deal on ATM.
Is it too good to be true?
Are they ok to deal with?

I have never used them but they are widely believed to be awful. I have never heard anything good about them.

I have used them. Initially wasn't interested in quote. Salesman was horrendous and just as I was escorting him out of my house his offer reduced by 75% to a very good price. I'm pleased with the product and the lads that fit them.

We had them round for a quote. It was too expensive but they sat there not leaving for 3 bloody hours.
Only way we got them to go was signing up and cancelling the minute they left. I was only 18 at the time. Nowadays I would of just kicked them out.

we had a quote from them, expensive and would not stop pestering us for months afterwards.
used a local firm so much better and friendlier

Go for a local independent firm. Invariably better value, and you won't have to go through the crappy sales routine that those big national companies go for.

I sell £5 notes for £20 each.

Today I am having a BOGOF

Does that make them good value?
