Recommendations diy ckeaning upholstery?

Our sofas are chenille and very grubby. The care label says dry clean only. I was thinking I could get a steam cleaner to spruce the sofas up, preferably one that has a multi use and could also be used for floors and bathrooms etc. Does such a thing exist and hopefully at not too an expensive cost. Thank you for any tips or recommendations
