Can I use a steam cleaner on a leather couch?

Just that please smile

I wouldn't advise it. I only have a basic model but it warns against even using on wood so I would have thought leather was a no no smile

I don't think you can. If your leather sofa needs cleaning, the best thing for it is saddle soap and a flannel. Not the quickest job but quite satisfying when you see what comes off it!

Thanks smile

I've literally just got my jml steam power pocket mop today and reading the manual, it says not to clean leather with it as it will damage it

Thats it settled then, thanks smile

I've just done it on mine and it's worked a treat. And it's a light coloured one.
