not really sure if you can or not and there is no washing instructions inside the cap, ds has one that he really likes but it is so disgusting it could do with a good wash.

Does anyone know???

yes cool wash ,dont dry in dryer tho .will be ok

i always wash them
low temp and dry on airer

thanks liveinazoo, I wasn't sure if they would go 'funny' in the wash but will give it a go on a low temp tomorrow and air dry

Put an elastic band around the peak when drying to help maintain the curve.

Thanks for this. I have had two in the laundry basket for months simply because I wasn't sure what to do with them. Now I know!
