No outlay's a tough one. Many party plan, agency or network marketing ideas are a small outlay. If you've got the time they can provide a good income.

Other ideas depend on your skills. There are things you can set up with minimal outlay but then you may have to pay for advertising (things like ironing businesses etc- a few leaflets may get you some work- but you may have to collect and drop off- and I guessa you would need business insurance for that- so on second thoughts could be pricey!)

Hi lilsmum, No outlay is very hard to find and if you do find one, you probably won't want to do it. I have been looking myself for quite some time and signed up with a party plan company about 3 months ago. There was still a small inital outlay, but I loved the business idea and eventually agreed that you have to take a little risk sometimes. However, I managed to get the outlay money back in less than 3 weeks and now I am earning profits with every party I do. So it was definetely worth taking the risk.
