Returning to work

I'm due to return back to work beginning of May following 9 months maternity leave. I met with my boss at the start of December to discuss this, we also discussed the possibility of changing job roles and I also told him I'd like to request a change in hours.

So far I've had zero response! I've messaged him twice and he says it's been passed to our director, I sent an email Monday with everything we discussed (should have done this in the first place!) and still no response.

I need to confirm my daughters nursery hours soon and I'm getting a bit anxious of having everything sorted. I just don't know where to go now with work, I can chase it again but what happens if I get nowhere? I don't want to go in all guns blazing but I need to get it sorted

Do you have a HR dept you can contact?

There is no HR dept, everything is handled by the director. We have policies and procedures which he seems to have no idea exists!
