Did you get any further with your thoughts of having a holiday caravan?

I have had a good look at it and even had a good offer of one on a site I wanted, but I have to be realistic about it, I really need to get a full time or fuller time job. This would make servicing difficult. The combination of purchae price and site fees make it expensive and the profit would be quite low.

I have decided to leave that idea for now and concentrate on employment and studying, I am starting an OU course and have a few job ideas I want to work towards. But I am still hankering after having my own business. Once we are more financly sound I will look more into investing in a brickes and morter holiday cottage or my dream tea room .
