Hi - I am posting this on a couple of other threads as I had such great feedback last time. I have an up coming interview as an accommodation officer for a private uni in London :-). I am looking forward to the interview as I would love to change career path to administration support in education / higher education. I have years of experience of working in social housing and social services - only experience of university / education sector is doing my degree as a mature student. What questions could I prepare for? what qualities would you want to see the candidate bring over?and what questions could I ask?
I have had a mock interview and been given a few pointers - like smile a bit more and try and stick to the stAR principle - as I tend to waffle.
Thank you
