Help with police vetting procedure for dream job

I am trying to complete some forms for my 1st stage interview with the police, one on these forms is the vetting procedure of my close relatives ie mum, brother, children etc. They also want information of my partner or husband. The problem I have is I've been separated from him for 4 years and I have no idea where he lives so I cannot supply an address. help, any advice welcome.

I don't know about police jobs but for similar checks where I work they only need to know about partners you share an address with?
