Hi all iv got an interview monday for parcel proccessor and admin support i really want this job as the hrs are perfect to fit around my kids and its a step back into admin workSmile i applied through an agency and the advert states computer literate which i am, comfortable using spreadsheets i am, and comfortable processing orders which iv never done before the agency must know this as it states on my CV what iv done workwise. Just a bit worried really. Anyone any questions or scenarios i mght be asked?

Thank youu

I work for DHL.

The processor job is easy. Standing in a warehouse scanning barcodes on parcels to produce stickers, then putting them in the corresponding bags as per the stickers. It can be heavy work.

The admin support will most likely involve you calling customers to arrange re-deliveries of their parcels when they're not home. Possibly emailing the origin countries when they are undeliverable to get more information (using an internal system).

What office is it (you don't have to tell me, I'm just nosey!)?
