Edging into training and doing a CELTA course

I live abroad and just need some advice, please.

I have been writing professionally for around 6 years after a career change from the city. Recently, I had an opportunity to get into training and have delivered a series of workshops on customer service and language with a DELTA qualified friend. TBH, it was a great opportunity and a lot of blagging was involved but I loved it.

Looking into options on how to develop and get some actualltraining myself, I have signed up to a part time CELTA course, which looks really exciting. Ot starts this week!

My questions are these:

What do training companies in the UK look for, when recruiting trainers?
What other qualifications could i do?
What can I do to maximise my earnings?
