I had a meeting at work today regarding my flexible working request when I return in June following my 2nd mat leave. Much to my amazement they have agreed to my request! The first of it's kind in the organisation! Thank you to everyone who wrote or replied to threads about flexible working - any thread - I read a lot of them! Your advice and experiences helped me put together a thorough argument. They even said I put together a really good proposal and they had been sceptical at first! So thank you all of you!
