Job Application made a mistake should I resend

I have just realised I completed a job application that I really want incorrectly I read one section incorrectly and used the wrong bit of the job description to answer a section in the application. I just totally missed the last page of the job description and only going through it once sent have I spotted it.

Do you think I should just leave it and forget about the job or resend with it an amended attachment. Either way I am going to look foolish. The bit I answered does more or less answer the questions just with different headings but it will be obvious to them. The worse thing is I know someone who works there and if they read it will now think I am a right numpty as does my DH.

Oh well I probably wouldn't have got it anyway!
