Returning to work p/t but control freak. How to delegate?

I'm going back to work 3 days a week but to a new job where I have to manage project teams. I'm a complete control freak and have never successfully delegated either at home or at work. Am wondering how on earth I'm going to manage? Any tips hugely welcome!

I've re-read that and realise that I've completely reinforced my control freakiness with talk of delegating at home. Of course I see our relationship as an equal partnership, but we each have areas we tend to 'lead' on, but with having been on mat leave for the last year with dd2, I have rather more (all the obvious ones) and I don't know how to start letting go!
