Hay fever sufferers - was today the worst ever?

Or was it just me? I look (and feel) like a rhino, piggy little swollen eyes itching and weeping, tickly sore throat, runny nose and headache.
I've had Zirtek and something else, loads of drops and nothing's helped.

Today wasn't bad at all for me. In fact, after peaking in mid-June, my HF seems to be waning.
I wonder what's setting you off?

Not just you, mine's been rough today, my face and eyes are swollen and red too. And my neck and jaw itch like nobody's business, the always do with hay fever.
