mine too. Shall we ask for a 'keep out TMI' (too much irritation) topic?

I'll see your irritable bowel and raise you my hostile vagina

Or something.

Peppermint tea to calm/relax your gut.

Probiotics - acidophilus.

Drink lots of water - not cold, but warm/hot, again to relax the gut.

I see your IBS, your hostile vagina and raise you to a Bartholin's cyst ...

Aloe vera. Did wonders for mine.

Good healthfood shop. Go to one where you can buy it from the fridge.

Hah! I see your bleeding haemmoroid and raise you my thrush at the same time as a very delayed and clotty period .....

Do they have a pharmacy? Colpermin could help, otherwise peppermint tea is really helpful.

Are you constipated? Could always try getting a Colon Cleanser - I think there's an Aloe Vera one you can get.

DD1 has just exploded in a similar manner.

am beginning to suspect a lurgy rather than an irritation.

Thought it felt different to my usual cycle linked irritability.

BIWI a colon cleanser is perhaps the last thing I need right now. a cork would probably be most useful.

Ah but - diarrhoea can often, strangely, be a symptom of constipation!

I have the thrush because I had a UTI ......

My bowels are pretty loose too - I haven't left the house today and my mooncup is not a sight fot the faint hearted (or weak-stomached!)

everyone in my family had so called IBS after years of pain we all went one by one on an exclusion diet:

My mum and I are totally wheat intolerant
My sister cabn't have citric acid
My nephew is dairy intolerant.

the difference in all of us is amazing. No more cramps/swelling
/tiredness/less irritable

and if any of us make a mistake we bloat out/diarrhoea

it's been great.

We were all fobbed off for years

If I were you I would exlude away!
