swollen gland in DD's groin

my dd has a swollen gland in her groin, which has been there for about a week now. She is recovering from a chest infection, and also she had her MMR just over 3 weeks ago.

When i noticed the gland i phoned the NHS 24 for advice and the nurse said to me that it would be due to the infection and that it would probably go down within a few days, which it does seem to have, though i can still see it a little. I also spoke to my HV about it and she agreed with the nurse.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed this on there lo's, especially after the MMR.
