2 hours? you poor thing. Isn't there a doctor on call number you can ring? I don't think they should leave you for 2 hours if you blacked out. Is there anyone with you or anyone you could call to come over? x

Sorry esbee, I forgot how late it is. Do you feel ok lying down? It might be worth leaving a little light on, or the landing light, in case you need to get up in the night. It's a good idea to have the phone near you. I'll be awake for a while longer so I'll keep an eye out (oh Lordy the sort of phrase my Mum would use). Don't worry about work - you need to get this sorted out first x

oh dear, get yourself to the GP straightaway to get checked out - if you have problems with appointment, do you have an NHS Walk in Clinic nearby?

Just seen this, essbee, you poor love, what a fright!

DD2 has been having similar problems, she's always been inclined to very low blood pressure, feeling dizzy and occasionally passing out; has been to the doc once re the bleeding and got fobbed off a bit but anaemia was mentioned. As it's still happening we have decided she will go again but I will go too this time.

Anyway FWIW the GP didn't seem unduly concerned so it's presumably not that unusual; the fact that you are taking ADs probably means they should take more notice but I hope you get seen, properly dealt with and reassured this morning. XXX

oh dear oh dear oh dear. sit tight, you are going to the docs soon - and if you aren't happy with what the docs say, go to A & E - better to be safe than sorry

essbee I am amazed at what the nhs told you especially with you having two small children to care for too and amazed that the doctors couldn't see you any sooner. Hopefully all this means there really is no need to worry and rush around upsetting yourself. Fingers crossed it's sorted out soon. Take care and don't do more than you really have to.

Essbee when this has happened to me it's just been a urine infection and atibiotics cleared it up, so just wait and see before panicking
