Hi - I am experiencing a tender left breast and have done for several months. There does appear to be swollen glands within which is normal for me at time of af. But I have been diagnosed with PCOS and am on Metformin, so it is likely to just be hormonal. I'm trying not to stress about breast cancer etc. but can't help it. Besides, I've read and been told that you don't get tenderness with cancer. There is no history of it in our family at all. I have been to the doctors over the years with the same thing and always get told that it is normal. Am I stressing over nothing?
