It may be unrelated we all had a bug last week with exactly these symptoms mine ended with explosive poo but dc's and dp's didn't.

If you are windy, maybe it is just that - wind. It can give quite chronic pain. Have you eaten any beans lately?

have you had a smear lately? I had one last week and it's given me cramps ggrrrr.

Perhaps you're getting ovulation pain or is it period time and you're getting some pain in advance?
