I find massage does it for me - find a good masseuse, though, not riff-raff If money no object, have lots...and lots...

I find reflexology and swedish massages divine!!

Reflexology sends tingles up to my head and the deep, hard swedish massage makes me feel like I've taken a happy pill!

Aromatherapy massage. I am a massage therapist - where do you live?

Solitude.

Call it meditation if you need an excuse.

And don't forget the dad's favourite complementary therapy - the Shed.

lourobert - I'd recommend finding someone registered with the AoR (Association of Reflexologists- they may have "MAR" sfter their name) to ensure you get someone of a high standard HTH
