Pretty sure I have a UTI. Can I get rid of it by drinking lots of water, or is it best to get antibiotics? There was blood in my urine earliest but that seems to have gone now. Still stings and I'm not feeling great.

I'd get it checked at the Drs.
You can buy over the counter medicine or speak to the pharmasist if you prefer, but I suspect the pharmasist will say if there is blood in your urine then you need to get that checked at the Drs.

Drinking lots of water is always a good idea, but my feeling is this needs something more.

You can sometimes get rid of UTI by drinking lots of water (I've done this successfully). But pls be aware that if you drink too much water you disturb your body's electrolyte balance which can actually be fatal. Drink lots, but not a silly amount. Take care.

It seems to have gone now by drinking a sensible amount of water (ie just not forgetting to have a drink all morning). Will keep a close eye on symptoms though. Thanks

It came back, so I saw the nurse yesterday and got some antibiotics. Feeling much better now
