Sick DH - baby DS

Poor DH is sick today - vomitting, but no other symptoms. He has obviously stayed at home with me and 4 month DS.

What is the best way to try and stop DS catching what he has? Is good hand washing enough or should I keep DH and DS in separate rooms? For 48hrs?

When my DD2 was 6 weeks old DD1 (4) had sickness and I had no choice but to have them in the same room as I had to care for both. I kept DD2 in a separate area of the room and washed my hands like a maniac, kept making DD1 wash her hands or use gel. Myself and DD2 avoided it thankfully, sometimes though I think it's just luck of the draw. Crack a window to let some fresh air in and make sure DH washes his hands and stays away and hopefully you'll avoid it. Got everything crossed for you Wink
