Coming off hrt

I have been on HRT for about 25 yrs. my doctor suggest that I can off which I did. I have been off it for about 3 months and I hate it. Do t like the hot flushes, arthritis i hands and tired all the time. Friends say just go back on it, which I am tempted to do. Are there any aging ladies out there I. This situation. I much prefer to be in hrt.

I was in your situation and it is grim. I came off HRT at 60, within 3 weeks back came the flushes and sweats, sleepless nights etc., I put up with this for 3 years until enough was enough. I'm back on HRT and have no intention of giving it up!!!!
