Reactive/sensitive skin with blushing

Hi folks,
Since an exteme episode of stress a couple of months ago I've been havin trouble with blushing.
Any extra heat or pressure and my skin feels tight and hot.
I thought I'd finally good a handle on it after trying various things and a very good foundation but then some dude at work commented on my rosey complexion and asked me if there was anything wrong.
Bah.
I'm also wondering if there may be a health cause? I'm just 40 and not peri menopausal yet.

Have you been to your GP? As this is a new thing I'd be inclined to check it out as there maybe a simple answer. sounds like it could be to do with your stress and it may be some meds will get you back on track.

Just a guess.
