So I've been told I probably have an internal pile ... It bled for a few days back in June and cleared up with Proctosedyl - last week I had a random bit of fresh blood after BM and again this morning. Tiny amount and then doesn't bleed again for a while.... Normal?!

Unfortunately so ... I've suffered really badly since birth of DD ... No pattern to it at all! Hope you get sorted soon
