Hi my DH started a couple of days ago having trouble sleeping said his back was hurting - left side in the middle space - like an aching, anyways in the days he's fine but come to laying down and his starts up. Do you think could be trapped wind??
He's been taking ibuprofen in case it's his muscles and using hot water bottle but I gave him some settlers tums and peppermint tablets and he's been belching lots - anyone help?
