Regrets about being estranged from people..

Hi lovelies!! I'm interested to hear if there are any people who have been estranged from someone (a parent, a child, a relative, whoever) and now regret that estrangment.

I just wanna hear why you now regret it, after previously thinking that it was a relatively good idea, for example, someone might have died, or whatever.. What you wish you'd done differently etc..

I've got some stuff going on in my own family and I need to gain a wider perspective, to help me out a bit..
