Hi I have just been diagnosed with golfers elbow. Very painful when I lift certain heavy objects and twist at the elbow. Doc recommended Cortisone inj or physio. I'm taking to physio option as I'm told the injection into the tight tissue around the funny bone really hurts. Can anyone share their experiences with me ????? TIA
