I have been a lazy cow since having my son 1 year ago. I never did any of the exercises that would pull my tummy muscles back together, and now I want to get my tum sorted!! What are the best exercises to do, bearing in mind that I really dont have much strength in my tum. I am quite slim, only weigh 8st9lbs, and just want to pull it all back in again!!
